Zero is the simplest and most basic Exotel app. It helps you handle multiple calls on your number and routes the calls to a user or a group of users in your team.
You can find this app under available apps in App Bazaar.
Using Zero:
- You can greet your caller (leave this blank if you don't want a greeting).
- Then, connect the call to a group (calls will be randomly distributed to everyone in the group. In the short term, a person might receive two calls back to back but in the long term, random is round-robin/uniform).
- If no one in the group answers the call (that is, after ringing all numbers in the group) - the call then goes to voicemail. Leave this option empty to skip the voicemail step.
- After the call is over, send an email to yourself (or to your group). Leave this empty if you don't want the mail.
Once the app is installed, the app shall be available under the 'Installed Apps' in app bazaar
