Call centre Basic support:

  • In this scheme you can greet you customer with a welcome message using 'Greeting' Applet.
  • After this you can choose a 'Menu' applet which will create a menu to connect to various department of your company. for example- press 1 for Sales , press 2 for support
  • On pressing 1 you can now choose to connect the call to your sales team and the system will direct calls to users of this group in any order you have set.
  • On pressing 2 you can choose to connect the call to your support team and the system will direct calls to users of this group in any order you have set.
  • You can also choose a timing applet which will help you manage your calls only during the working hours. Example- Monday to Friday 9am-9pm. At any other time you can select the 'Voicemail' applet and your calls will be automatically redirected to voicemail at any other time.

Missed Call Marketing Campaign

  • You can add the caller to a registration list by using the 'Subscription' applet.
  • To confirm his registration you can automatically send him a sms by using the 'SMS' applet
