Exotel Settings

  3. Choose Exotel settings and you can see the that Exotel SID corresponds to your company name or account name registered with Exotel.

  2. Choose 'Settings' on the sidebar
  3. Choose 'SMS settings' You can customize your SMS template and to use it you will require to get approval from Exotel before you can use it.
