The Connect Applet can be configured automatically to call the number using the digits (DTMF) entered by the user on call. This feature is only available on demand.
You need to raise a request to your account manager or hello@exotel.in to enable it.
Note: Call Flow should be like Gather Applet followed by Connect Applet.
Limitations:
- Supports dialing to Indian Numbers only in local format i.e. 099XXXXXXXX or 99XXXXXXXX
- It will only work if the Connect Applet is immediately present after Gather Applet.
